1. Acceptance of these terms
By using thesoulseries.com or attending an event produced by The Soul Series Inc., you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or attend our events.
2. Using this website
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes: to learn about our events, buy tickets through our partners, and contact us. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
We work to keep event information accurate and current, but details such as lineups, set times and venue policies can change. Always check the ticket listing and the venue's own information before travelling.
3. Tickets and ticketing partners
Tickets to our events are sold by third parties — currently Ticketmaster and Eventbrite. Your purchase is a contract with that ticketing company and with the venue, and is governed by their terms, refund rules and fees. We do not process payments on this website.
Buy only from official links. We cannot honor, replace or refund tickets bought from resellers, scalpers or unofficial sites, and such tickets may be refused at the door.
Unless the ticket listing says otherwise, all sales are final. Refunds, where offered, are handled by the ticketing company under their policy.
4. VIP Meet & Greet experiences
VIP Meet & Greet packages are sold separately from event admission and are strictly limited. Unless the listing states otherwise, a Meet & Greet ticket does not include admission to the show — you need an event ticket as well.
Meet & Greet formats, timings and locations are set on the day and may change. Artist participation is subject to the artist's availability; if a specific artist is unable to appear, we will offer a comparable experience or a refund of the Meet & Greet portion through the ticketing partner.
5. Event changes and cancellations
Lineups, support acts, start times and venues may change. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, refund or exchange rights are handled by the ticketing company and the venue under their policies. We will post updates on this site and on Instagram as quickly as we can.
6. Conduct at events
Entry is subject to the venue's rules, including security screening, bag policies, age restrictions and alcohol service laws. We and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who behaves in a way that is unsafe, threatening, harassing or unlawful, without a refund.
7. Photography and recording
By attending a Soul Series event, you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded, and to that footage being used by us for promotional purposes without payment. Professional cameras and recording equipment are allowed only with prior written approval and subject to venue and artist policies.
8. Intellectual property
The Soul Series name, logo, site design, and our own photography and video are owned by The Soul Series Inc. or used with permission. Artist names, likenesses, logos and event artwork remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or use any of this material commercially without written permission.
9. Third-party links
This site links to third-party sites including Ticketmaster, Eventbrite and Instagram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Soul Series Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Attendance at live events carries inherent risks, including exposure to loud sound and crowds. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
