The Soul Series Inc. ("The Soul Series", "we", "us") produces live music, comedy and soul events in Raleigh, North Carolina. This policy covers information collected through thesoulseries.com and through our email and event communications.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or sign up for updates, we collect the name, email address and message you provide.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our analytics tools may record your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view and how long you stay. This is collected only where you have accepted analytics cookies.

What we do not collect. We do not process payments on this website and never see your full card number. Ticket purchases happen on Ticketmaster and Eventbrite, which collect payment information under their own privacy policies.

3. How we use information

To respond to questions and messages you send us.
To send event announcements, presale notices and updates, where you have asked to receive them.
To understand which pages and events draw interest so we can improve the site and our lineups.
To protect the site against fraud, spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and analytics

The site uses two categories of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics and, where enabled, the Meta Pixel, and help us measure traffic and the performance of our event promotion.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

GoHighLevel — website hosting, contact forms and email marketing.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our guests, staff and performers.

6. Ticketing partners

Tickets and VIP Meet & Greet experiences are sold through Ticketmaster and Eventbrite. When you follow a ticket link, you leave our site and your information is handled under that company's privacy policy and terms. We receive only limited sales and attendance information from them, and never full payment details.

7. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of the EU and UK have rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.

8. How long we keep information

We keep contact form submissions and email subscriber records for as long as needed to respond to you and to send updates you have asked for, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of the analytics provider.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and our forms are transmitted securely to our provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

10. Children's privacy

Our website is intended for a general adult audience and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it. Age restrictions for individual events are set by the venue and stated on the ticket listing.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
